Appreciate the logic but McNeil is completely finished now….its more about Dibling being a ball watcher and Patterson struggling to mark his winger.
A few years ago we played at Leeds and McNeil played ahead of Patterson and they defended really well as a pair. We got a well earned draw that night, maybe Patterson’s best game for us.
As much as posters don’t like it, McNeil offers more than Dibling at this point in time, especially factoring in his set piece delivery. Dibling from the bench is an option.
Hope so, I've done him to score two or moreCould this finally be Barry's breakout game?
Heart says yes, head says no. I just don't think the lad is up to the standard we need. But I genuinely hope I am wrongCould this finally be Barry's breakout game?
A bench like this is what happens when you waste over £100m in summer buys that are utterly useless. Moyes take note! TFG will be watching developments closely!
There is a Taxi waiting at the front door for him, we live in hope.Could this finally be Barry's breakout game?
He hasn’t been great but he got a key assist at Forest in our last away game which is more than Dibling has done so far.Appreciate the logic but McNeil is completely finished now
We are not a good football team and Villa are.. Don't need an excuse A win for us would be great a draw would be good a loss would be expected, away to the team in 3rd. So if you really need an excuse you go with the Moshiri excuse of it being an expected loss. What excuse do you suggest we use if we lose today?
Chess match early then we run out of gas. Sad squad isn’t it?
