I haven't seen that mentioned but I just read that Rep. Mikie Sherrill said Tuesday that she witnessed Republicans colleagues escorting people through the Capitol the day before it was stormed. She has denounced them to the authorities for further investigation of their actions. So it is more clear that it was Republican members of Congress the ones responsible for helping the insurgents and they should be held accountable for this planned attack against the Republic.

I think I’d have to resort to representing myself - not because I’d be able to get myself off but at least it would avoid further charges from punching my lawyer in the snout.

Trump inciting his supporters about having a revolution, several Republicans giving tours of the Capitol to insurrectionists ahead of the attack, Capitol Police officers guiding the mob through the halls and offices of Democrats. If this is not a planned Coup then what is it?
Yep, I think I'd just say 'Yeah I'm guilty, soz abar me' .... at least that won't make the situation worse.
