My major issue with him is several times this year weve needed a leader, and organiser at the back. He was captain of swansea and wales and yet he seems useless at leading the backline.

Easier to lead players who are by and large carthorses for wales and swansea, more difficult when your trying to boss players around who by and large are/where far better players than you

Maybe because he is struggling that much personally with his form that he can't exactly do the leadership thing in a game mate, still remember against spurs think it was he was barking orders up the pitch and completely let his man run into space behind him
