3 - hence the 3 year deal.

Never relied on pace, more his positioning and organisational skills (of which our defence lacks). Great signing.

Don't want Jags to leave but Williams adds a lot more solidity. Bring in another cb as well (Kone would be top) and we're laughing.

Selling Stones, albeit with years ahead of him, for close to 50m and getting Williams in with at least 2/3 years of his prime for less than 10m... fantastic business. Just hope we have more (quality) signings to follow.

Very good signing. Not just a good player proven at premier league and international level who is comfortable in a back 2 or 3, he is also a leader which we desperately need more of in the team.
