Arteta OUT, Adam IN?

Agree with this. Adam is great at Blackpool no doubt about it. But that's at Blackpool. Let's not forget that he didn't exactly set Glasgow Rangers alight when he was there...and that's Scottish football!
If, and it's unlikely, he did join us I fear he will just be Osman Mark 2.

If you've been watching Blackpool matches and MotD regularly then you will know that he has great vision and a cracking shot.

He's bossed the midfield in a lot of games this season.

Oh I know mate. And trust me I've seen more than my fair share of Blackpool matches as a close friend is a fan (I was at Wembley for the play off final for example).
But that's just it, he Blackpool's main man. I'm just not convinced he will be doing the same next season when teams have wised up to him.
I'll use Marcus Stewart as a, rather crappy, example. Now I know he was a striker, but when he first came on the scene (with Ipswich I think) he was banging them in the season they got into Europe...after that season he vanished.
I'm just saying the same might go for Adam. As it is he drifts in and out of games, but you're right he can pick a pass. But even my Blackpool supporting friend reckons he has limitations.

Cracking player would be great for us, hope he holds fire till the summer we're we might have an outside chance of getting him, clearly if he sign for the other lot he instantly becomes a ted.

My Blackpool supporting mate can't wait to get rid of him, he wants the money and is convinced they will be a better side without him

Really?! Suprises me a bit but I guess if they get near the £14m Holloway was banging on about thats amazing money for them.

I posed the question of 'would you swap Adam for Arteta?', to my mate a minute ago. Just awaiting a response. I'd be interested to know.

Mate replied with:
'I wouldn't swap him for Darren Bent, Edin Dzeko and a loan of Yakubu'

(think he just put that last bit in to piss me off though!

So I guess it's all down to opinion.

Absolutely:

28M for Arteta.

4M for Adam.

Wait what? We won't get that much for Arteta? Then no. Keep Arteta.

We must be getting desperate going crazy over charlie adam,we have a slimmer version in bily both not left wingers.Keep the faith with arteta he is poor at the moment of that there is no doubt but he will get back to his best again.
Not at all - I have just never been a fan of Arteta and this season he has unfortunately proved me wrong. I was happy when he signed in the summer because I thought he would progress even further from the sometimes excellent displays in the second half of the season.

I would love a midfield of: Bilyaletdinov - Fellaini - Adam - Rodwell

At the moment he should be taken out but long term he is much better than adam in my opinion.
