Not confident in this at all i'm afriad, put Arsenal in my acca at 3/4 though so if we do get something i'll happily let that fiver go.

A win tomorrow by 1 goal would put level with spurs on 58, Chelsea on 58 but we would stay 6th based on Spurs scoring 3 more goals than we have this season (both would be +15).

A somehow fluke win of 2-0 or 3-1 etc, would put us into 5th place. SAy we won tomorrow, table could well look like this;

3rd Arsenal 59 p33 +29
4th Chelsea 58 p31 +28
5th Tottenham 58 p32 +15
6th Everton 58 p33 +15

Crazy to think if we had held on to spurs we would be in with a real honest shout of it. Hell, even a draw would put us in a great position. 2 points behind spurs with 5 games to go.

Can't see us getting anything and that would be the end of any hope. Our own fault though, hold on against Norwich at home and Fulham away... job's a good one.

We haven't won at any of the old 'top four' for ages, I know, but I always fancy us to get something. Except at Arsenal.

I'm not confident now, even though they look ordinary, even at home on their - many - off days.

So, I've had $20 on Arsenal at $1.75 and $10 the draw at $3.60. I'm desperate not to to win but it'll be some small
compensation - very small - if Everton don't.

I've never bet against Everton, not ever, and I'm only doing it because of some superstitious thought that it might work
in our favour. Stupid, I know.

I think we'll approach this game in a very positive manner, I also think that, at some point we will take the lead in the game and deservedly so. It's what happens after that which will dictate the final result. If we sit back as is the Moyes way, we wont win. If we have the belief though and go for another goal, we can win this. I noticed a shift in mentality against QPR, earleir in the season we would have come out in the 2nd half and played it safe for a while but we went for the jugular to finish the game off. I know it was only QPR but the belief in the team was there to see. That's what makes the difference between almost challenging and challenging, belief. Come on Everton, deez are sh**e.
