I'm still optimistic for the end of the season. 4th is looking less likely after today but in the last few games our performances have been good, and Barkley behind the striker tonight was really encouraging. I'd take the same starting XI to Sunderland, although you know Osman will come in for Barkley if he's fit.

we new they would press us like hell at the end but our defenders were up for it..Very pleased with the 2 kids of the team!...Both Coleman and Barkely are both of an age that Moysie usually conciders too young...So take note Davey especiallly if your staying as you have suddenly found yourself with an ageing team needing rebuilding.

A fair result. Anichebe should have done better with that shot near the end. He had plenty of time.

Everyone played very well although I worry at Gibson's control sometimes. Pienaar is too easily brushed off as well.

Barkley had two good attempts. He can curl the ball.

Looking at the fixtures, we could actually get 5th, Arsenal fixtures aren't really the easiest. QPR and Newcastle away and United home.

Fair result. Not the worst result for us. Keeps the 4 point gap with you guys and 2 points ahead of Spurs with playing 1 game more. Giroud let us down big time. A game thats so tight with few chances, you have to take your clear chances. Btw Coleman was great for you guys

His touch and control seemed a little shoddy today but he worked hard and created a couple chances.
