Norwegian medias are very focused on English football, and when a player has been on a night club, fighting with police or f**ked a prostitute, its on the 'net before the lad is sober.

Through the last 20 years, I can't recall any Everton players who has let the club down, we read about Bellamy when he was at barcodes, Gerrard, A.Cole but never an Everton player.

Lack of negative stories makes me happy, but is it just because Everton is not a "famous" club (lack of interests from the media), or is it because Everton is a club with dignity, with high morale and a "humbleness" in the squad ??

Anyone living close to the club who can bring some answers?

parents should be role models not footballers...

you also seem to have forgotten about a certain mr ferguson who despite being a bit of a thug was a role model to thousands of young evertonians.

There isnt many bad stories about Everton players...Cahills brother cant really count as Everton...only major story was Pienaar being a wife Beater.

I remember martin keown knocking **** out of kevin sheedy at a xmas party? don't know what year tho.
and peter beagrie riding his moped through a hotel window in spain.

Manny was involved in a nightclub dust up within the last year. That counts since he was and will soon be a Blue again. Fact.
