Only thing that really does my head in about Carlo is him not showing trust in Gordon but persisting with the likes of Sigurdsson. He's still only young but looking at that team today it baffles me that he doesn't get in, Iwobi will probably come on ahead of him also 
Was the only bright player vs Saints but not trusted to start. Ah well.

Not a whole lot of trust in Gordon, Iwobi or Bernard. Carlo doesn’t fancy Bernard, has given Iwobi enough chances - they’re not even squad players if Carlo is reluctant to put them in even when the players keeping them out he team are suspended/injured. They need to go pronto. Gordon, Carlo just doesn’t seem to think he’s ready yet, whatever Carlo says.
