Another draw

Today is a good result, it's as simple as that. The problem was the draws with Newcastle, Fulham and Norwich. Had the game won.

All to play for. Chelsea, West Brom and Arsenal look like they're about to embark on bad runs while we look like we're about to get it together a la season's opening again. However, equally, Spurs and possibly Liverpool coild be getting it together. Spurs bext week will be very tough, it us a must win. Mirallas back, Bale out would give us a great chance. Again as everyone keeps saying if we'd have won the games we should have - Fulham, Newcastle, Norwich - then we could afford to draw. Not so now.

Draws against Arsenal and City would have been looked upon favourably if we'd not thrown away points for fun against utterly gash teams.

Mad how the top 5 keep messing up. It's wide open for anyone to sneak in. If we'd have been more clinical against the "lesser" teams we woulda pulled away from the chasing pack by now. It's all to play for...

I think playing Spurs next game is perfect for us. After good performances against two good teams it would have been typical of us to face a lesser team and drop to their level. With Spurs we'll have to keep the standard up to beat them...something I think we'll do, especially if the rumours of Bale being crocked are true

we have been moving sideways now for 2 months - and are only still in the run because very few teams seem to want it - all these draws are killing me - 1 win in 9 games - nobody would have taken that 2 months ago - i find it hard to take it now and see it as a positive - a few more slips and we would be mixing it with the also rans - something has to change and quickly too - the pressure is mounting on the players and the coach - somebody must take responsibility for our downward spiral on the table

To be honest mate this is what im getting at.

Look below us now. Bottom half is only 5 points away.

West Brom are the only team this season to have outplayed us and that was partly because we had an off day. We were comfortable again today. If we can intersperse the draws with a few wins we could feasibly overtake Chelsea.

Exactly right mate, poor finishes (and ref decisions) have cost us a lot of points this season.
