Hasn't got the mental toobox, but Lampard like Benitez, Ancelotti, Allardyce, and Silva all seem to have to find that out the hard way. Whatever about the first few Everton managers he played under, there is no excuse for Lampard at this point. Expecting proven failures like Gomes, Keane, Iwobi, and Holgate to deliver is dereliction of duty.
