Typically, we're getting beat when he comes on and the other side have allowed us to have possession. He also tends to join play to make a midfield 3.

He has talent but shows it far too rarely. Struggles when we aren't establishing the tempo of a game. Funnily enough he could benefit when Tom Davies is back who is at his best when trying to control the tempo as a 6. Food for thought maybe.
