He played in the totally wrong position today, with Delph and Nkounkou. He has been better with Richy and Digne but who wouldn’t . I remember him completely bossing Pogba at Old Trafford when he 1st arrived and bossed a Derby so the talent is there. I just don’t understand performances like today.

I’m no Davies fan in any way shape or form but maybe he is slightly less likely to let players ghost past him. He’ll probably foul them like but at least it’s something

Atleast he offers abit of work rate. If we are going to play Gomes we have to play him deeper and let Doucouré go further up. Gomes is not cut out to offer any type of threat.
