1 goal 2 assists. I’m also not a stats guy but that is beyond atrocious for a PL midfielder. Gueye who was purely defensive contributed more in an attacking sense than that

Mate I’m genuinely speechless at that. I’ve been hoodwinked by him as much as the rest of us. What the hell were we doing getting him on a perm?

Was it literally just hoping beyond hope that he would be better with a couple more signings?

Liked him as a player but the longer and longer it’s going with him putting in poor performances the harder it is to make excuses for him. Because he’s so slow unless he gets the ball in space with runners off him or in front then he inevitably has to turn round and pass sideways or backwards. Seems like he’s completely lost confidence to take a man on or worse, has realised just how slow he is and won’t even attempt it. Has the look of someone who knows his body can’t do what he needs it to do.
