Couple of neat touches and passes when he came on, best cameo we could have hoped for and something to build on.

He wants the ball, doesn't poo himself when he gets pressure and can pass. He's head a shoulders above every other CM option we have.
That ball to put Richarlison through at the end was absolutely superb.
Completely changed the game when Andre & Bernard came on.

Gomes put everyone else in our midfield to shame basically did the jobs of delph, schderlin and siggurdson put together.
If we can find somebody cann compliment him in the summer we'll be laughing.

Makes you wonder if we would have had Gomes and Gbamin fit together, apparently Gbamin has the pace we, in my opinion have missed in our midfield all year.

Was hoping he was gonna chin Xhaka when they had that coming together.
