IT would be a "shocker" if he stamped on him with his heel or even his arch but he clearly stamps on him with the ball of his foot which has much less power. Mitrovic totally hams it up into a leg breaker.

I don’t think anyone is arguing that it was a bad tackle, just that the rules seem to apply to us and no one else.
