They take their bbq pretty seriously there. I'm not a fan of KC bbq (too sweet for me, I prefer Carolina bbq), but many are. Definitely worth hitting the local favorites.

I am referring to vinegar and/or mustard based bbqs. My buddies from down there are always referring to mustard/vinegar when saying "carolina bbq," but they might live in the coastal areas of that image.
