I'd prefer just to look at how he's been getting on since he walked through the door personally mate.

In fact it sorts of follows his previous jobs; a little up turn and the BOOM dragged right back into the danger zone. All for Sam to put a little run together and be hailed a hero

But the damage is done, the tone has been set in the training ground.

There was no need to get him, one if the worst decisions the club has made. A massive over reaction from the fans and the board

Mate, the guy has made the best ever managerial start at a club for not only Everton but for himself as well. That's a fact.

Correct. And very rarely lost the ball. Great shame that the only time in the game he decided to play the ball early was in the last minute when he had Siggurdson totally free but took an early shot instead.

i think you'll find that's not quite correct -- in some of his posts he began by losing most early games and then got his sides together. i would still expect ongoing improvement.
