Vlasic and Lookman must have looked poor in training as well then as they got nothing under Allardyce either.

His formula is to bank on prem experience and a style of football to get to 40 points.

It remains to be seen if a new manager can get anything out of Klaassen but what is certain is that players without prem experience have been completely marginalised under Allardyce apart from his own signing Tosun.

Since then he's had one away game in Cyprus with the kids and 6 minutes in the league. Anyone saying he's crap is trying to be an edgelord because they don't know one way or the other. Nobody does.

I think it shows the ultra cautious and conservative nature of Sam's management style.
He is not a risk taker and would be against giving a player time on the pitch in the hope that he could be a success. He needs to be certain before he plays him.

I think it is a style of management that has served him well and held him back at the same time.

Completely uninterested in anything Allardyce has to say about anything. Whatever he says is meaningless as the only language he knows is nonsensical drivel. Best bet with Allardyce is to go with the opposite of whatever he says, that way you will be closer to the truth more often than not.

In fact we've rarely entered the final 5 games with anything less to play for.

We can't get into Europe. We're safe. All of our 5 remaining games are against teams below us in the league. Let's give a run out to players like Vlasic, Klaassen and Baningime. At least they have something to play for. Even Funes Mori. Get him some game time so he can cement his place in the Argentine squad and put him in the shop window during the summer.

Those comments really are a pre determined kick in the teeth for the lad. Singling out two 19 year olds by name as being ahead of him because he can't trust him. This is a seasoned Dutch International and captain of Ajax. It really is an underhand insult and just sums up the pathetic ego this guy has. I really do hate him, and the longer he stays as our manager making horrendous comments like these, the worse that hate becomes.

Even if Klaassen was the worst player ever to don an Everton shirt, no self respecting manager would steep so low. Arrghhh.
