Allardyce axed after Leicester

Managed to win at Anfield and the Emirates with a terrible Palace side. Thrashed the great entertainer Martinez himself with a woeful Sunderland side. How does that fit with all of the above?

His team had given up on him at that stage.

Of course managers should be given time but his awful tactics so far have shown him up for the limited manager he is.

Why?

Here's a question, out of that back four (Kenny, Holgate, Williams, Martina) - who'd get into any of the sides around us?

I actually believe that he has done a fantastic job so far with what he has been given. The squad is an utter shambles.
Williams and Martina obviously not but do you really think Danny Simpson is better than Jonjoe? Or Daryl Janmaat? Really? You think Mason isn't as good as Tarkowski? Than Miguel Britos?

It's obviously strictly opinion but I think that contention for those two is ludicrous.

i just don't see the connection, between a team he has managed, and won great games with, to his pressent performance.

I could just as-well, pick random matches, where he lost with a better team, against a lesser team.

It has no relevance to the pressent situation, and proves nothing.

What matter is, the now.

You are afraid of getting relegated so want to sack the specialist whose never been relegated?

Dearie me.

Just because he has never been relegated doesn't mean that he never will be though does it. There is always a first and especially if you add in the Everton factor. There are zero signs coming from him at all that give any optimism. Quite the opposite as we are arguably getting worse and he is getting even more negative and actively paving the way for a relegation battle. Cannot see where the next win is coming from. We are absolutely dire so yes i am very afraid and will continue to be until i see something to be optimistic and positive about.

What this guy said! (I agree)

Hope you are wrong...think we will beat Leicester at home next week, then maybe a draw against Arsenal...

Our season has been poor & not very exciting to watch unfortunately, but I have seen signs that maybe things are starting to improve as we have made two good signings & have a decent crop of youngsters who are on the brink or ladder of making the first team on a regular basis...

SA will be here at the end of the season & maybe next season if he is ambitious as he says he is, while he is our manager we need to support our team, players & manager or at least give the manager a decent run at managing a top side which is his dream he might even surprise 1 or 2 of us...

Yip......I would love to be wrong as well ;)

And I sure hope I am :)

Really hoping we sign Silva and get Richarlison that kid is ridiculously good for being only 20!
Silva can give us entertaining football 100%! Rather have 1 win and 1 loss then the Allardyce anti-football draws.
Fingers are crossed !! Moshiri sign him!!

David Silva's not coming here mate ....:drunk:

You mean like Martinez gave us ? Sexy fooball where you look good atacking but lose the game because once you have gone ahead you have no clue how to see the game out ?
I get that ideas how wins and losses can be better then draws but in practice its not so easy
