That’s a ridiculous statement. Brands cannot force a club to sell to us or a player to come to us for that matter.
Blame him for what he’s culpable for, but not this nonsense.
Allen’s agent will be acting in his best interest. We’re in a horrible position trying to convince players to come because we’re not in Europe and we were really poor last season. That’s a big sell!

The thing is Napoli have improved immeasurably since Allan become a peripheral figure. They took 32 points from their last 15 games and won the Coppa Italia beating Lazio, Inter and Juve on the way.
He is 30 in January and never played in the Premier League before. He is a high risk low reward signing. We have a squad full of players like that.
