Two league titles, an F.A Cup and a European Cup in 3 years, coming up against that juggernaut of a Liverpool team who will go down as one of the best club sides of all time.

The boozy image and the less than stellar returns have dulled what is otherwise a remarkable achievement, had the honour of having dinner with him and Pat Van Den Hauwe a few years back.

And that's not even mentioning his playing career, an absolute legend. We could do with a few people who know how to win things these days.

How disgraceful it is that the club allowed probably it's most important figure in its history to be marginalised and outcast during the Moyes dictatorship
