The worst thing about McGeady is that he's never even threatened to prove the day one doubters wrong.

We simply don't need him

He is so far down the pecking order of players we would give a game to in a wide position now that it seems pointless keeping him around

The only attribute he has demonstrated here appears to be a reasonable ability to beat a full back one-on-one whilst getting to the by-line and putting a cross in. He's set up a couple of goals for us doing this. Other than that and one through ball to Mirallas at Fulham the other year, he's contributed the square root of sweet FA

Unless he's happy to sit out his contract, I expect he'll be off in January - just hope we sell him rather than only managing to loan him out

Sad times here. I don't think McGeady has been given a proper chance. He has skill in abundance. Best for him is a loan move to show what he can do if given a proper chance.

i) Aiden has never said "very very wind"
ii) his celebration is rubbish
iii) he has never left us for a year, reminding us every week how much we miss him
iv) he doesn't go missing like deulofeu does, he just draws attention to himself; as if he has taken out full page adverts in the programme taunting everyone about how bad he is playing
