you've disagreed, then basically described a one trick pony

Eh? I'm saying he uses a variety of ways to beat his man. One stepover, a little jink, can beat a man to his left or right,...he's generally quite good unpredictable which is obviously a great tool to have when you're a winger. I don't think he has any problem in generating space for himself, basically.

His distribution of the ball though is poor, both in terms of short passes and in terms of longer/crosses. He isnt a great finisher either.

So I guess it depends on what we are talking about doesn't it mate? If we are talking about general attributes then it could be said that he is a 'one trick pony' as his only trick is 'tricks' - plural.

If we are talking about his tricks specifically, then i'd say he doesnt just use one trick, he has quite a few in his locker.

Jesus that was far too difficult mate, wasnt it?

Always reminds me of this from Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse.

haha come on now, you said calling him a one trick pony was harsh, then stated he is only good at one thing, you may have meant that in more depth, but it still read quite funny

I still like him despite his erratic performances but think he'll have to move to get game time amd revive his form.

Defensively Lennon is better and creatively Deulofeu is superior so can't seen him getting in the team much in his favoured right wing position.

His goal vs Leicester was superb
