I don't think he's an inherently bad player, the problem for me is that he isn't good enough for us/Premiership, and doesn't show the required quality enough of the time.

I think he could be a good player, but it's the traitor blood in him which stops him putting the extra mile in. His generation of Scottish lads are lazy compared to the likes of Souness and Gray. You could see today in his eyes, if he was given the opportunity to play for England he would jump at the chance.
