Swerve it.

Fairly nice around here. 475 a month, just round the corner from Oxton Village (which is very nice), not far from the train station, parking space and Birkenhead Park and the Williamson Art Gallery just around the corner. I live near here and it's nice as long as you know where to avoid.
The flat itself is a bit "meh", there are better around there but they are just under 600 quid.
There are always flats for rent around here, loads of stupidly massive Victorian houses that have been split up. You get well more for your money on this side but of course that can be cancelled out by tunnel fees etc if you drive.
Yeah a lot of them are like that!cheers!!
yeah it looks a bit meh alright, would need a bit of sprucing up, it looks like a doctors waiting room for some reason ?
The sunny side of the river ?and also Gods country.
(not Birkenhead)
cheers!!

Why not visit for a few days mate and have a look around. You could also put the feelers out for a job/interview

They fit it for you mate when you have one delivered..I might sound a bit dim here but anyway
see with properties for rent there that don't have a washing machine (they normally have an oven in some cases just)
is it fairly straightforward to get one installed?
Any property i've ever lived in had a washing machine installed ?
Thanks mate haThey fit it for you mate when you have one delivered..
