I’m going to put together a list of properties on the laptop and visit them over a weekend in about 2 weeks. I’ve actually accepted a job in the city centre and starting in June so I’ll have a look up around Norris green . It’ll probably be a room share for a few months, seen some properties on spareroom that have rooms available for 2 months short term let which suit me to get settled then can expand from there ? thank you everyone for all your suggestions and input, can’t thank you all enough ?

If you're moving from Dublin (where i'm currently exiled), to Liverpool, then heed my advice.

Stay away from the North End.

The South of the city is where you need to be, avoid Woolton, Halewood, Aigburth and head for the Jewel in Liverpools Crown. Speke.

Yes I get you mate, sure I’ll visit some the places people have mentioned in here and get a feel for them before settling on a place I could see myself living in

If you can see yourself living in Norris Green I would seek therapy for your low self esteem.
