Ademola Lookman

Lookman has a potential buyer right now. We need to trim the squad to get new players in.

Yeah, I mean if we can get somebody to give us 20m for Bolaise and Mirallas, then of course sell them first.

But we couldnt even sell Mirallas for 4m, thats why the Greek fellas sent him back.

Cannot see him going tbh. He is exactly what Brands and Silva want in their blueprint. Young, talented, ambitious and full of potential. They will undoubtedly have to repair the damage inflicted by the previous Managers but i would assume that work is already well underway. If we are clearing out dead wood, i can think of quite a few players on the list before getting to Lookman regardless of if the lad wants to stay or go. I expect him to still be here for this coming season but we will see.

I also would like to think thats the reason.
At the weekend we will be playing two better quality teams one day after the other.
At that stage we will begin to see the players that have a future.
Last night was a training exercise, little more.
When you replace your team at half time you know the result of the game is not important. By this weekend a lot of the physical training will have been done, tactics and formation as well as preferred players will start to emerge.

You see I disagree.

I get that its tough oppo, but its 2 games in 2 days, I suspect the whole thing will be a mess, tactics wise and line up wise.

Its just for fitness and probably for Marco and Marcel to have 1 last look at certain players before they pull the trigger.

He was rested to be fresh for harder opposition. Holgate abd lookman will be key next season. Exactly the sort of players Brandeis known for finding and playing.

Silva will do wonders for them.

Bored of reading guess work. NO ONE KNOWS that he is unhappy until he comes out and says it.

Again IF Lookman wants/ends up leaving, this isn't like Lukaku leaving to Man Utd, or Stones to Man City, Ross to Chelsea, Arteta to Arsenal this is bloody RB Leipzig! 6th in the German league.

Its not even a Dortmund, Sevilla, Milan 2nd tier type club they are nothing special whatsoever.

Absolutely disgraceful if Lookman feels he has a better chance of success at RB Leipzig in Germany than playing for Everton in the Premier League.

As I said previously this is a watershed moment, if he is sold it basically spells out the players have no faith in the owner, chairman, board and management to lead us to any form of future success.

The boy Sandro failed his audition goat?.

A young player who cannot settle or is being advised by his agent to leave spells out nothing about our future success imo.
