I think the cheer was more an attempt to assuage any alleged ill feelings on his part.

Coleman is getting pelters at the minute and it’s not fair on the fella. That last injury may have done it for him at the top level but he’s been brilliant for us for years and yet there’s a lot of people giving him no respect.

He hasn’t been up to scratch the past few games (and he’s not alone there) and if he needs replaced then that’s a job for the manager.

Davies on the other hand is either not ready or not good enough.
