Don't tag me blud, you got your pants pulled down over an outrageous accusation about me and then bottled it.

*places back on ignore.

All we can hope is that this little rats attitude changes and he starts putting in some effort rather than expecting to be handed a starting place because he's had a sulk. I'll give him credit if he does that.

I must have missed the bit where it was proven he was sulking

Nothing but hearsay and conjecture used to vilify a young player

Don't you have to be about 24 or something to leave on a free ?
There's a compensation scheme for young players who leave at the end of their contract up until the age of 23, whereby the transferee club has to pay compensation if the two clubs can't come to an agreed fee. This only applies between English Clubs though. If they go abroad then they lose out.

Not sure why that question is applicable to this thread as I think he still has 3 years left on his contract

..yep, he’s always looked a bit of a sulker to me. Even when he first came and after the World Cup exploits he never seemed part of that collective group of close pals. Folk are different types, he’s clearly academically very bright. As you say, it’s a great opportunity for him at the start of a new era.
You never get on with all your work colleagues and that is just real life.

Yes he has worked hard to get to this level but if he only opened his eyes he would see a direct route to the first team if he only but wants it.

Said it about a week ago that a chance would come (wished it wasn't as a result of Richarlison's red card) - now he's got to take it. Show us what he's got and bang in a goal or two!

I'll be cheesed off if he's still injured.
Marco said in the presser that he wasn't injured.

Here's how I see it... I am not to sure how good this lad is, the little I have seen of him he has looked like he has got all the tools in his box to become a great player. He excited me when he gets on the ball and he is the type of player that I love to see at Everton, he gets me out of my seat.

I dont know the full story of what happened last year, but he wasnt the only one who wasnt happy so i cant really blame him for that. Anyway getting back to my point, I am happy that for a change we have a manager, DOF, oqwner or whoever who has not and it looks like will not bow down to player power. Yiu sign a contract with us and you are happy to play, for the huge amount of money that we agree to pay you then you will go on our terms, not yours.

Well done Everton....
I think Marco sees there is a player in there that he likes and believes will fit into the system he wants to play. He's said all along he wants to keep him.

Either the club has fully backed Marco, or RBL have not met the valuation we put on him.

Either way, he's still our player and it's up to Marco now to get his head straight. He may even start him tomorrow but given that he's had hardly any pre season game time, I expect him to be on the bench. Which means either DCL playing out of position or Dowell starting again. With injuries/suspensions we're just about going to get a squad together tomorrow.

Isn’t that if they come through your youth system though?
