His attitude has to change and at the very least he has to honour his agreed contract to the best of his professional ability.

The lad signed a contract in which he agreed to be member if a football team in return for a wage that would make midas blush.
If (amd I'm not in the least suggesting that he is so churlish, this is entirely hypothetical, he doesn't do the football thing properly , he's breaching that contract and should be fined those wages, less an amount to pay his board and simple meals, until he works properly. Simple.
He could run he contract down and leave for nowt, however hed have to exhibit a lot of patience. His best advice would be knuckle done and enjoy playing togger at one of the best clubs in the world and wait until a move suits both parties.
It's not like he's getting on ffs.

Good news. Time for him to prove himself.
...in this day and age, if you truly force a move it tends to happen. Everything suggests he wanted out but he’s not forced a move. Perhaps RBL didn’t meet our valuation but I imagine he’ll knuckle down otherwise his career stalls. If it’s a happy club and we are progressing in the right direction I think he will give it a go.
..Silva says he’s fit and available. The answer to your question depends on whether he’s selected.

I hope he settles down and works hard for his place in the team.
It is clear that there have been issues at training when you listen to some of the comments from the manager.
However, there are four full months until the next transfer window and in that time he has the chance to prove that he is the player he thinks he is.
We are not over stocked with wide players and there is no reason why he shouldn't be in the team or on the bench for just about every game.
Personally, I believe that after Bolasie left then there was no way the club could afford to lose Lookman as well, but the January window could be interesting, moreso if Brands could tempt somebody like Lozano to Everton for the same money as Leipzig are offering for Lookman.
