Ademola Lookman

Poor from us if we sell him, just cos he wants to go.

There will be more to it than that.

If he isn't putting the effort in, sulking and bad for morale (conjecture but let's surmise the possibility), then what is it best to do.

At 26m that would represent around a 15m+ profit that can go towards wage increases and incoming as this is a healthy profit.

Marco and Marcel will be fully aware of the situation. What they say publicly can be very different to what is happening. They are hardly going to say they want to shift him on, so the stance of present and future is correct.

Leipzig pay the asking fee and we add one or two better players in January.

Or Ademola gets his head right and continues to develop here.

The fact we have a competent DOF with a clear plan on recruitment makes me relaxed about this saga.

Spot on mate, I think now the guys in charge have a plan, not like the clowns before, it may not take shape until a couple more transfer windows, but I am sure we can all see shoots of recovery.

if he must be sold (and it seems like that may be the case), £25m is reasonablish, if what Maddison went for is anything to go by. Lookman is the far more accomplished player, but getting premier league fees from non-premier league sides is not the worst bit of bargaining

Bolasie gone = Lookman staying?

Can't see both being allowed to leave as there's nobody else as direct competition for Theo, all the other options are better elsewhere and would only be doing a job on the right.

Buzzing on Instagram that Bolasie has got his way and left
