If he had a VALID reason for wanting to leave, I can't see Silva as being the type of coach to stand in his way. Or even put him in a match day squad. For me, it's clear as day. The boy is sulking.

Look you've been shown up as an overly confident clueless poster. You're not an FBI profiler you're just some random person who read probably one or two articles on a subject where there's no concrete objective evidence because everything that could back your point of view up is all self reported and not measurable.

You're dead wrong. Sorry if that hurts your feelings.

In fairness Silva could have stuck him on the bench as posturing as if to say “he’s not for sale, look he’s in the match day squad...” i.e. you still need to up your bid blah blah blah.
I’m not totally fussed on Lookman, he’s got a bit about him going forward clearly, but (down to inexperience I’m sure) he’s not good at picking out the right option yet and from what I’ve seen he ain’t going to be tracking back and putting in the work someone like Richarlison will (so far)... if he does go we do suddenly look a bit short of something on the wing mind.
Hope he does stay and that there isn’t an attitude problem, but previous managers haven’t fancied him for some reason...

I think the quotes of him not being for sale and him being our present and future are the best things to go by without resorting to inferential interpretation. Also if you saw him in Germany you'd see a player that had no problem tracking back and working hard.

Finally I wouldn't take the opinion's off the managers that didn't use him as much to go by. Brands himself said he wanted him at PSV.
 
If the lad feels hard done by not getting much game time maybe he should ask himself if there's anything he can do to change that. Sulking won't help.

Also I can understand if Real, Chelsea, City, Bayern and the likes where in for him but RBL? He's throwing a wobbler over RBL.
