This poll simply proves how easy it is to pull the wool over people's eyes.

I think a club which has far more debt, less assets and multiple failed stadium endeavours since ownership changed 13 years ago is the opposite of a 'well run club'. But clearly i'm nuts.

I've no doubt that there are aspects of the club that are badly run, but there are also bits that are very well run, mainly the actual football side of it, the first team, the reserves, the whole academy system, Everton in the Community, stuff like that. That's a pretty big chunk of the club which is, in my opinion, well run. Credit where it is due, please.
