By whom mate?we where told it was to be heard before the January transfer window so teams can react appropriately when the verdict is announced.

Jesus. ImaginePossibly or the RS will move in (history suggests this is a not a stretch) to do the right thing for the city.
By whom mate?
As far as im aware a date for our Appeal has never been mooted.Journos and commentators mate
This was supposed to be part of the premier league new stream lined process that they introduced
As far as im aware a date for our Appeal has never been mooted.
They have until at least April to hear our Appeal I suppose.

Oooh matronPopped in think I will pop out
Everton are banking on a successful appeal, which wont even help us with the 2nd breach.Well that just opens up a can of worms then….why would they just procrastinate over this when the sooner we hear the verdict the better for everyone in the league to know where they all stand.
Mental
What an absolute farce that is.As far as im aware a date for our Appeal has never been mooted.

? Think you're missing something
If you told me we’d stay up it would actually be in football’s best interest to throw the book at us, simply to show the agenda that the Premier League has against clubs outside the “top 6”.
If we ended up with a 20 point deduction, only for the rules to be changed next season so that the likes of City or Chelsea wouldn’t face the same punishment it would actually be great because it would all but guarantee mass outrage and ultimately the Premier League itself stripped of its power in these situations.
If that were the case it’s possible that the game would not be doomed to fail, as it is now. Don’t get me wrong, Everton is the priority and we need to stay up but if our points get restored we all know it’s guaranteed to let the others get away with it. Like I say, if we could afford to take the hit, survive and get it over with we would be potentially saving football from the “top 6” and the PL’s tainted influence.
Yeah, no date has ever been said, but it had to be sorted within 3months. but dont know if that 3months was from the start of the hearing date, the charge or the appeal. As far as im aware a date for our Appeal has never been mooted.

and we wont know thew result or two weeks afterwards, ie after the trainer window shuts. so we should sell our players just in case we ail in the appeals and need to get the right side of the line or we get done again. This process is so fupped upHas no one noticed that the appeal for our first offence has yet to be heard, we where told it was to be heard before the January transfer window so teams can react appropriately when the verdict is announced.
We still haven’t heard squat any reason for this ?
Comes across as a little sinister this
Outrage for about a week until the shills had been on the blower to their employers like we've seen this week and a few days after the first points deduction. Then you'd have the unaccredited financial expert blues on here quoting the rule book at you and making acase for city and chelsea, throw in some head patting from other team fans and we should be at point oblivion. If you told me we’d stay up it would actually be in football’s best interest to throw the book at us, simply to show the agenda that the Premier League has against clubs outside the “top 6”.
