5 Star Albums - The Killers - Hot Fuss

Have to disagree with the 5 star rating for Hot Fuss, some top sing a long anthems but not consistent enough to warrant the top marks.

For me Steeltown by Big Country is a five star album as the great singles are bettered by the lesser known album tracks on side 2 of the vinyl version. If you want to hear true Celtic Rock that gets right into your soul then there is no better song than "Where The Rose Is Sown. Enjoy

Is there some kind of criteria we can use to discern a 5 Star Album? I mean, Spitwads seminal 1983 Spunk Metal Album 'Jizzfest' may have been awesome while you were Garying off your Chops when you were 17 but to someone else might make no sense.

2. Commercial Success
3. Number ones off the Album
4. Successful Tour on the back of the Album
5. Historical Impact of the Album in Popular Culture
6. Album Artwork in Popular Culture

Or is any album too distinctive for everyone to enjoy?
