Haven’t we got ages to go with our deal with Castore?Have a good team, make quality products , they will sell.
Has anyone heard the rumour that it is Puma making our kits next year?

Let’s hope we can get rid. That owner came across a right arrogant blurt in the BBC interview.I don’t think the exact length has ever been disclosed mate

I'm concerned that very dark kits make it difficult for players to spot each other easily, especially from one side of the pitch to the other, against the background of the crowd. I'm sure that has nothing to do with the poor play yesterday but I was on row 3 of the east stand and found it difficult to make out our players when close to the opposite touchline, not that I've got the best eyesight. Maybe that's why Pickford's long balls never found any of our players.
Ruud Gullit was a big believer in this. AC Milan, Chelsea, even Sampdoria all played in white socks. He said they are more recognizable and even a millisecond of that gives an advantage when looking to pass a ball.I remember reading the first thing the players identify when looking for a team mate is the socks. If true black and royal blue may not be the best to use.
I used to like the opposition wearing white socks so I could see easily who I;d already maimed.Ruud Gullit was a big believer in this. AC Milan, Chelsea, even Sampdoria all played in white socks. I kind of agree with him, I used to hate playing for teams in green as I found they clashed with the grass.
Not that I ever looked for a pass, I just hoofed the ball up the pitch as far as I can.
Puma are smashing it lately, would much prefer them to Nike's bumpy kits and Adidas's fat stripes. Puma made some quality kits with us back in the day. All said and done though I've warmed to Castore a bit this season, the training kits were a bit all over the gaff last season with weird patterns and colours but they seem to have locked in this season and taken the designs more seriously. Still don't like the zigzag waves though or the cream away kit.Have a good team, make quality products , they will sell.
