little curly alan ball

Player Valuation: £70m
No doubt someone's aleady mentioned this , but from the previews in the press , it seems ok . Just to see them and the cup in the same 10 yards , give one a warm glow , and could , be a portent of the future . Please God .
Enjoy .

Absolutley amazing programme, could have watched that all night!

Harvey had tears in his eyes!

Its a shame, that Joe and Harvey arent involved with the club as much as they should be ive always thought that.

Transfixed by the show. Not sure how much prouder I could have been. Harry Catterick comes across as an introverted man who hated Shankly (well, they hated each other).

Its a pity they didnt go into to their individual management careers now that would have been some show!

Some great stories about Laby, The Cat and Bally.

I finally got the time to watch this last night. Great program, nice to see some of my boyhood heros looking well and hearing their stories.

I found it very emotional. I lost my dad in December 69 and can't remember a thing about that season. Even now after reading so much about Evertons history that season is a blank to me.

Just want to say a sincere thanks to L.C.A.B. for putting this thread up, I'd have missed the program otherwise. Ta Mate.

Boss program. I can only really remember the early 90's onwards. So this was excellent to hear it all comin from the source.

I like the tales you hear from the arl fellas in the pub about those days........ But it seems so much sweeter when its told from the men that have been connected with the club and here all the backroom antics.

And it really did just highlight how good Alan ball was. Well done sky(y)
