Actually in 2016 I was quite humoured by Trump, even if I wasn't fully aware of what he stood for and how his precidency would be. I knew Hilary was horrible and corrupt and probably would have voted for Trump if I were American on account of not wanting to see Hilary in charge of the country.
Now it's actually the opposite; I see Trump and what he did in 2020, how he's divided the country and how he refuses to accept blame or take ownership for things he's done. I hear things he's said, even non-politically such as claiming his daughter is exactly the type of woman he'd go after. He's very sleazy. I wouldn't want somebody that would give Israel free reign to abolish Palestine, nor somebody who feigns a deeply religious persona to get half the country on his side. I don't like to see the police given outrageous powers to abuse their authority.
I do agree with him that the border needs to be sealed, just like it does in the UK, but he didn't achieve that in his first term so why would he a second time? I'm not sure if blanket mass deportations is the right way to go about it, but people that came in illegally shouldn't be allowed to stay if it's determined they weren't fleeing violence or whatever other reasons there are for asylum - I've seen enough footage to know that the numbers have spiralled well and truly out of control. That's on Biden though as it's been proven the numbers rose significantly since he took office.
The Democrats should be replacing Biden as soon as possible though as it's clear the election will likely be won based on people voting against a person that they don't want to win, and not actually for a person whose policies they strongly agree with and do want to win.
Ideally neither of them will win, but it's looking like one of them will. I think Biden is the lesser of two evils.
