I think the Democrats endorsement of Israel’s ongoing genocide will cost them Michigan.

Mad thing is, Trump will be even more pro-Israel, they will be looking to annex Gaza and The West Bank with his backing.

I've said all along mate that if the Democrats lose Michigan and the election then politics in the US will change forever. The Arab-American lobby will need to be taken very seriously from this point on. A big price to pay for that to happen though.

This would tie into what I was saying the other day about republicans potentially cannibalising their election day votes by voting early (rather than early votes being in addition to an election day surge).

I I were them I'd sit this election out, for sure.

This election can essentially be summarized in two parts for me.

If the Dems squeak it, then it will be down to the women's movement, opposing attempts to restrict their basic reproductive freedoms.

If they do not, it will be down to their inability to prevent/not cheerlead a genocide.

There's a lesson in here for Labour too. If Palestine has not been given some element of justice (Israeli politicians in the Hague, along with their supporters) those 5 independent MPs and 4 Greens are going to grow exponentially.

This is my take on it - there was a hotly contested election looming (you may have heard), the Jewish vote is far bigger than the Palestinian vote - if Harris had said or done anything to undermine Israel, she'd have lost for sure. Her hands were tied.

Hopefully, after winning this week, she can start to address the issue - there's no way she is happy with it!

Choosing to argue over a specific country is absolutely hilarious and whether arming a country that the U.S has supported for decades is another example of the lack of understanding from many, here there is a reason it’s (Israel) called little America!

It is, but the situation in Gaza is basically the Trolley Problem come to life for American voters. Choosing not to intervene is a choice in and of itself.

Is it a bad sign she’s sliding in the odds?

I'm sceptical of the markets, but FWIW odds have hardened on Trump winning. Last night he was generally just short of even money amongst most bookies; today he's typically just short of 1/2.

Tbf though, odds of 7/4 for a Harris win look generous in a two-horse race that'll be settled by a few thousand votes. If I were a betting man...

That is disgusting - just lies and more lies. It is actually quite clever, basically insinuating cheating without actually saying it. Sewing the seeds of doubt in the minds of cult members. If he loses, any blood shed we see will be on the back of statements such as this.
