10 years ago transgender people weren’t a massive target in the culture war. They weren’t being told daily that they are a problem and that most of them just want to invade women’s sports for a sporting advantage. Or bathrooms and jails just so that they can perve on people or rape them. Or that schools are performing transition surgery on them when they go to school. Why is the suicide rate with them sky high though? Nobody ever seems to ask the question of why this is, because it isn't because of lack of medical intervention, it didn't have the same rates 10 years ago but surely just as many kids we're trans then? What changed? Unless medical intervention is seen as a magic solution to kids without the real understanding of what the impact of that is. Perhaps it is based on living an alternative life online that they think works in real life? After all kids also self diagnose mental illness as well and live that online. I have an issue with a kid saying something and adults going along with it. Yet on another million and one subjects, you would never trust a kids input because, well they are kids.
Suppose point I'm making is maybe the issue isn't face value yet it's treated as such. There is a lot to it that often gets ignored by people, or witheld by the media, almost like the American medical system would benefit from kids convinced they need medical intervention?
Do you think that children under the age of 18 can realise they are gay? If so then why can’t a child under 18 realise they are transgender?
Being transgender is not a new thing at all. The vitriol and weaponising it is.
