Just need to look at the amount of funding provided via a vast multitude of NGOs to pro US/EU parties around the world to laugh at the claims really Dave. The cookie monster Neuland was especially good at this.
It's only election interference when it's not you doing it though (that comes from all sides btw).
The truly impressive feat though is the happy clappers who buy the bs that the US and UK etc aren't the worst perpetrators of interference in elections around the world - and by a country mile at that.
Thus allowing those countries to essentially put themselves on a pedestal of moral democratic virtue, when they are anything but so.

Historically, yes, for sure but, recent years Russia, China and even Iran are smashing it beyond these levels - just in a different way. No question that the CIA distabilised many countries and their elections in the past with their interference but, this new level, mass bot-farm bombardment of misinformation and counter-influence is at jaw-dropping levels.

As fur Harris, before the car crash debate followed by Biden being forced out and then out the blue spire endorsing Harris - forcing the Dems hand - there's no chance they would have chosen her as the candidate.
They've done a remarkable PR blitz trying to get her to be taken as a serious politician (helped when pretty much the entire MSM decided to follow that script) - she isn't and never has been though, she's up there with Dan Quayle levels of being woeful.

Regime change and leaning heavily on ruling elites in the third world for western corporate interests are a commonality. NGOs are set up to interfere in elections and much of the - especially British and US - news gathering services are basically an arm of the intelligence community to that end too.
Getting off the thread subject a bit here like, but electoral interference in the US election has to be contextualised in that light.
