I heard Walz once bought a Herschey's from a vending machine, but two bars fell out and he took them both
ABUSING hahaha how unhinged can you be?
If you are a carer - you have limits of communication - trust me this is probably his way probably the only way of getting anyone with autism with an action that is not brutal to behave as it is a method to the only way to stop a tantrum which his boy could understand - you cannot talk anything logical to any autism child or adult - it does not look nice, but I understand why a simple action like this stops a bad outburst of behaviour - he has not physically hit him - he has used a routine that he has been trained to do ....TBF, it wasn't very nice to see that.
I have experience of autistic kids in my extended family and I know I dont see what could loosely be described as rough treatment like that.If you are a carer - you have limits of communication - trust me this is probably his way probably the only way of getting anyone with autism with an action that is not brutal to behave as it is a method to the only way to stop a tantrum which his boy could understand - you cannot talk anything logical to any autism child or adult - it does not look nice, but I understand why a simple action like this stops a bad outburst of behaviour - he has not physically hit him - he has used a routine that he has been trained to do ....
As, once an autistic child or adult gets the upper hand - they can size the opportunity to kick off big time ....
Unless you have not had experience in this, you don't understand - notice there was no outburst & he recognised the action to behave ....
They seek attention over 100% it's not their fault, by the way - but methods are there to stop tantrums & outburst that only they have an understanding - it may look harsh but it sadly true ....

Not sure why Trump appeals so much to Gen X (both sexes) compared to other ages. Fond memories of his celebrity years?
I have a NVQ level 3 qualification in it dealt with them daily - they were allowed to hit us - but we were allowed defence mechanisms - this was one of them OK - I had one autistic adult who used to stick knitting needles down an electric socket for attention - plastic is not conducive to an electric current - they are clever in so many ways - so I was taught to ignore him as it was attention seeking - the same guy used to pretend to commit suicide in other stupid ways - unless it was dangerous you just kept a sly eye on him ....I have experience of autistic kids in my extended family and I know I dont see what could loosely be described as rough treatment like that.
It wasn't so much his pulling of his lad's arm, it was the screwed up facial expression I found a concern. It displayed irritation. I also remember his wife when they got on stage looking sternly at the lad and scolding him a bit. It didn't sit well with me.
Overall I think the political optics the MAGA lot (some of whom disgraced themselves over this young lad, btw) are looking for here is that 'Coach Waltz' isn't the avuncular and solid citizen he's portrayed as.
That wasn't a defence mechanism though was it?I have a NVQ level 3 qualification in it dealt with them daily - they were allowed to hit us - but we were allowed defence mechanisms - this was one of them OK - I had one autistic adult who used to stick knitting needles down an electric socket for attention - plastic is not conducive to an electric current - they are clever in so many ways - so I was taught to ignore him as it was attention seeking - the same guy used to pretend to commit suicide in other stupid ways - unless it was dangerous you just kept a sly eye on him ....
Attention seeking his one of their main traits - if you are looking after six at a time, I know what I was passed out in OK ....
The way you repeat MAGA talking points upsets me Dave. That wasn't a defence mechanism though was it?
They're grasping at straws to go after Waltz. Initially, they targeted his son, but that didn't resonate even with the MAGA crowdI have experience of autistic kids in my extended family and I know I dont see what could loosely be described as rough treatment like that.
