It's weird, because his voting record in the House consistently lands at around Barbara Boxer or Cory Booker. Politicians with a fifteen-year voting record don't just go off the deep end like that. They might tack a little differently if they go from, say, the House to running for statewide office.Kucinich has always been a strange one. Has some very progressive positions but then always seemed to defend Trump. He always had a pro-Russia stance so I guess it makes sense.
He could really dislike Biden, but that would be strange. Joe has always been careful about not ticking other politicians off, because you never know when you might need their vote. Now, if you told me that Kucinich hates Kasich and Boehner's guts for redistricting him out of his seat, I would buy that.He ran in 2008 for president along with Biden and even stayed in the race a tad longer

Perhaps Biden being picked for VP rather than him created some tension? Also he did support impeaching Obama over Libya so he might have felt Biden had a big hand in that.
Tucker Calls Out 'Media Hysteria Typhoon' Over RFK Jr.
In his latest episode, Tucker Carlson discussed the media's absolute hatred for Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who was immediately attacked by the press upon his announcement that he would run against President Joe Biden in 2024.

"CBS News viewers likely were appalled in its coverage of Kennedy's announcement. CBS denounced the candidate's views as 'misleading' and 'dangerous,'" noted Carlson, adding "The LA Times called him a threat to democracy."
"At the offices of National Public Radio in Washington, a full-blown category-5 hysteria typhoon broke out. NPR devoted an entire segment to savaging Kennedy - not just as a candidate, but as a human being," Carlson continued. "NPR described him as someone who, for his own perverse reasons, has made "debunked and false and misleading claims that undermine trust in vaccines. And who, in his spare time, provides moral support to crazed extremists who "rally under the banner of what they call liberty, or freedom.""
"People Magazine didn't even bother to report a single word of anything Kennedy said!" Carlson exclaimed, "and instead wrote an entire story about his relatives hate him."
"Kennedy Jr. faced censorship on Instagram and YouTube for expressing his views," he continued, adding that RFK Jr. raised questions about "the rise in allergies, asthma, autism, and other conditions related to vaccines," while "the media and medical establishment vilified Kennedy Jr. for his views, calling him a lunatic, Nazi, and extremist supporter."
Carlson then goes into a defense of Kennedy's right to raise questions over vaccines, and the response one gets for doing so.
"Bobby Kennedy won't stop asking, and that's why they hate him," Carlson said.
Carlson then went after debate-dodging doctor, Peter Hotez - who he says will "never debate Bobby Kennedy Jr., but it doesn't matter. Kennedy has already won."
"Hotez attacked Kennedy Jr. and called for vaccine mandates, accusing those who disagree of being white nationalists and Russian agents," said Carlson, who then noted how Hotez chickened out of a debate with RFK Jr.
In closing, Carlson notes: "The gatekeepers are transparently ridiculous. Everyone can see that. And the people have started to notice."
I don’t think that’s how it would work. The states would still have the right to pass more draconian laws. I imagine it would be similar to how minimum wage laws work. There is a Federal minimum wage that no state can go lower than, but they are free to set it higher within their borders if they so choose. So no state would be allowed to offer abortion services beyond 15 weeks, but they are still free to ban it 6 because that’s within the scope of the Federal ban. That is a very strange move for a pro-life politician to make - surely getting that in would require it to pass Congress and would put all the state laws in jeopardy as a result (as they'd now be in conflict with it), as the implication would be that up to fifteen weeks there was no ban on having an abortion?
That is how the Tenth Amendment has been interpreted to work. States can do as they like, provided that they comply with federal law.I don’t think that’s how it would work. Lining up for RFK Jr. They cut the line off a couple of people ahead of us, so we listened to his remarks over someone's walkie talkie/ham radio listening device. pic.twitter.com/jmc59yUTrl

Biden in Danger of Losing New Hampshire: Hundreds Line Up to Watch RFK Jr. Speak in Lancaster, New Hampshire
![]()
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently drew a big crowd as he spoke at the Porcupine Freedom Festival in Lancaster, New Hampshire.
The Porcupine Freedom Festival is an annual Libertarian festival hosted by the Free State Project.
RFK Jr. was one of the most anticipated speakers at the event which resulted in hundreds waiting in line to watch the Democratic Presidential candidate speak.
The line was so big many people were unable to attend Kennedy’s speech due to the venue reaching full capacity which resulted in some people listening to Kennedy’s speech through the radio.
LOOK:
In his speech, Kennedy shared his concern with the intelligence community’s influence in DC and told the crowd of Libertarians the NSA was the lead agency in charge of the United States Covid-19 response.
This isn’t the first large crowd Kennedy has received in New Hampshire in the last week.
On Tuesday night, Kennedy spoke at Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire where he delivered a speech on peace and diplomacy.
