As far as I know felons aren't allowed to vote in Presidential elections so how is it possible Dump can stand for President but he won't be able to vote for himself? I can only presume that 260 years ago the "Founding Fathers" never imagined such a scenario although they probably didn't expect that a Woman, particularly one who isn't white would be running either.

Technically, NC is purplish (leans red). We have a two term Democrat governor. And we're gerrymandered AF so representatives D:R ratios are skewed.
But Biden was doing poorly enough Trump didn't have to spend here...until now.
Black turnout will definitely be a big influence.
