It appears that “DEI” is this week’s term for MAGA mad libs. My congressman has called both Kamala and the former head of the Secret Service DEI hires over the past couple days. Not sure if it was racism, misogyny, or both with regards to Kamala.

The Vance pick is quickly starting to look like a complete own goal from the GOP. CNN just ran a segment showing that since 2000 the average net favorability of a VP pick post-convention is almost +20, and Vance is currently polling at -6. Not only is he not providing a bump for the campaign, he may actually be a millstone around their neck.
