I think it's kinda brand awareness for the no hopers at this stage. Gabbard, Delaney, Ryan etc.
I think the likes of Booker, mayor Pete, beto, Castro and Harris could all be angling for cabinet positions.
Mind you if Biden really screws up and Warren and Sanders split the progressive vote, the pathway opens right up for a moderate to become a serious candidate, maybe I better learn to spell Buttigeigs name!
