But how, even if that is happening, does it affect the votes? Are you saying that if given a choice between Biden and Sanders you are worried that more people will vote for Biden and the only way he can win the nomination is if the moderate vote is split? Because if he can’t beat out Biden I don’t see how he can beat Trump.

the moderates will vote for Bernie in a general election no matter what because they dispise trump.. bernies people are different all this endorcing biden from other canidates is gonna remind them of the 2016 emails and if they feel sanders is gettng screwed they will once again stay home or vote trump for spite. biden will not win in november sorry.

probably not with all the centrists dropping out and begging there supporters to vote biden to keep things "status quo" .. just glad I am Canadian. and don't got to force my self to go out and vote in that mess of a country lol. I dispise trump (2016 was terrible i would of not voted the 2 canidates were terrible ) but would vote for biden's name in the general election but not happily doing it lol.

Me personally I think Bernies base will be strong enough. But highlighting that they are using all the tricks before Super Tuesday to get everyoneto drop out and immediately hightail it over to Bidens rally fresh off the plane to endorse him before Super Tuesday is an obvious move by the establishment. It will be a big boost no doubt. But me personally I don’t think it’ll be enough but it’s worth highlighting.

yepp and in my opinion its a mistake because if it does work in bidens favor its gonna anger sanders people who will feel cheated again by the dnc and split the party... I aint joking when I say some of them will vote trump out of spite if they feel cheated like 2016 again. it will happen lol.

So do I which is why I don’t understand the freak out! Especially as Bloomberg is still in the race and syphoning off Biden supporters.

I don’t think candidates dropping out and endorsing the candidate they are closest to philosophically is a ”trick” tbh, when you have no path to the nomination continuing running is at best just angling for some say in the party platform, at worse a vanity project.
