It definitely can - if the UK government suggested that they were willing to remain, the EU would bend over backwards to prevent brexit from happening (we forget that it will adversely impact them too).

I'm not saying it will happen, but it's certainly possible.

Seriously - if the UK ask the EU to reverse it (again, I'm not saying the will), the EU will do it in a heartbeat. They don't want the 5th largest economy in the world to leave the single market:

I don't think he's suggesting Labour have won, I think he's just working on the basis that the Tories haven't won.

Either way, Labour simply don't have the seats to form any kind of government.

No, I understand that, was just commenting on the fact it's not really been tested in court so it won't matter what the people will say, imo, regardless of their stature, until the European Court of Justice rules it. Not having a dig here as well like, in case it sounds like that, just good debate

And I doubt they will revoke it after all the disrespect and the fact the UK (at the time of Article 50 triggering) was very headstrong in the fact it doesn't want or need the EU.
