How is it hard to grasp mate?

I didn't vote for May, who I think is woeful (and I can quote a post from 2011 on here with me saying as such); I voted against Corbyn. He ran a tremendous campaign, but I disagree with him fundamentally on his personal ideology, and as he is the Labour leader, that means I disagree with Labour.

I also loathe the Labour administration in Kirkby/Knowsley on a local level, because they take the electorate for granted.

It's that simple. I don't see how any of that is baffling.

So you agree with the Tories - according to your logic - cuts and all the harassment of the sick, poor, disabled and vulnerable, as you voted for the Tories led by May.

I don't get your point on Knowsley. They don't take you for granted, they're getting bum-banged by the central government and having their funds reduced almost the most of any area in the country. It's an obvious plan to dishearten a Labour stronghold. You're naive and a class traitor but I value your right to hold a terrible opinion.

As for my vote doesn't matter. In Walton I could've voted for the fella that owns the boozer I drink in, cos it wouldn't matter...

I could've voted for anyone else cos it wouldn't matter, but I'd never vote Tory

Vote Tory you're a Tory end of

That's fine mate, if you're into the Tories, then just say. I'm sure you've got your reasons. Just drop the illusion that you're a traditional Labour voter is all.

It's not an "illusion" - I've voted for them every election except one, where I voted for... God don't make me admit it...

*sigh* I voted for the Lib Dems in 2010...

I disagree with the hard Brexit nonsense, fox hunting, the hitting the poor and helping the rich, but those red lines aren't as strong for me as dismantling Trident and risking our long term national security and having a tax plan that relies on Corporation Tax receipts that will vanish as soon as businesses stop growing, stop investing here and go elsewhere or simply evade any new laws.

That's the way it is.
